Helping professionals obtain career dreams.
I am a Lead Founder and former Deloitte Senior Consultant. I guide mid-career professionals to their target roles by teaching them to have the right conversations with the right people.
The Underdog Story
I never had the perfect GPA or the perfect stories, yet I broke into the #1 professional service firm in the world. Before that, I spent time in public accounting, startups, and Fortune 500 companies. I've sat behind the scenes in HR, watching resumes pile in and rejecting candidates while utilizing an ATS.
My time abroad gave me perspective, my time in Cleveland gave me grit, and Austin has given me the space to build a business around helping people do work they love.
