I am
Dara Greenland
Product Manager | Program Manager | K–12 EdTech | SaaS Implementation & Platform Adoption | 100% district-wide adoption across 15+ platforms.
PMP and Product School certified Program and Product Manager with 18+ years leading SaaS implementation and platform adoption for complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Strategic Product & Program Leadership- Both sides of the table. One perspective. I understand what it means to build the product, and what it means to be responsible for making it work.
I believe the best products and programs are built by people who understand both the problem and the people experiencing it.
For the past 18 years, I’ve worked where K–12 education, technology, and organizational change intersect. First as an educator and district leader, and later as an EdTech product and program leader. That experience has given me a perspective I value deeply: I’ve been on both sides of the table.
I’ve been the educator trying to make a new initiative work in a classroom, the district leader responsible for implementation and outcomes, the administrator managing the systems behind the experience, and the product manager translating customer needs into requirements, roadmaps, and decisions.
That perspective shapes how I work.
I create clarity in complexity.
Across my career, I’ve:
- Led product discovery and customer feedback initiatives with K–12 districts, translating educator and administrator needs into product requirements and roadmap recommendations.
- Partnered across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to align solutions with customer needs and business goals.
- Managed and implemented 15+ enterprise SaaS platforms across school districts, including SIS integrations, SSO, RBAC, configuration governance, and multi-site rollouts.
- Led 8 district-wide transformation initiatives across multiple divisions, building roadmaps, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and delivering milestones on time.
- Supported the onboarding and implementation of more than 400 district clients, helping translate a product purchase into successful adoption and measurable value.
- Used KPIs, dashboards, research, and customer feedback to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities, and guide decisions.
I have experience working across Agile, hybrid, and traditional environments. But while frameworks matter, I believe people, clarity, and context matter just as much.
I’m especially energized by work that sits between disciplines. Work where strategy needs to become execution, where customer needs need to become product decisions, or where a complex system needs someone to connect the pieces and help people move forward together.
Whether I’m shaping a product, leading a program, building a partnership, or helping a team navigate change, my goal is the same:
Turn complexity into clarity.
Turn ideas into action.
Turn strategy into measurable impact.
And, whenever possible, build something that makes the work better for the people who ultimately have to use it.
