My job is to make sure 6,500 people have what they need to do their jobs well, from a nurse's first week to a director's first budget cycle. Before healthcare I spent four years at Meridian Financial designing compliance and sales-enablement learning for 1,800 advisors. Both worlds taught me the same lesson: training is only worth building if you can name the behavior it should change and the number that will move when it does.
