When I separated from the Air Force, I thought my IT or PM career would skyrocket. I was completely wrong. After months of unemployment and hundreds of rejections, I vowed to never let others feel that way.
I founded Avalon Grade Solutions to provide Project Management resume writing and specialized career coaching. I exist to empower Veterans making the shift into PM careers, along with any other career pivoter seeking to enhance their trajectory.
