I started in healthcare operations, leading a patient access team through problems that never looked the same twice. That work taught me how systems really behave once real people start using them. So I taught myself to build. I founded FRB Web Agency , learned to ship websites and digital products, and grew comfortable moving between code, workflows, and the people who depend on both. Today I support large Epic go-lives across hospitals, train teams on the tools they use every day, and build for founders on the side. I am finishing an MBA in Business Analytics at Tulane while completing my Epic Cogito certification, because I like understanding both the numbers and the code behind a decision.
